Modern Comfort in Central location

charging stations underground parking comfortable stay points of interest

The breakfast had many options, and EVERYTHING was fresh. The hotel provides two charging stations for electric cars in the underground parking, a VERY valuable amenity. I found the room to be spacious and well laid out, containing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great and allowed easy access to many points of interest.

I found the staff a bit miserable, and not particularly helpful.

easy controls comfortable bed large room nice balcony

The room had easy-to-use heating controls. I found the coffee facilities satisfactory. The bed was VERY comfortable. The room's size was great overall. It was a superior king room. The balcony offered a nice space to relax.

The staff seemed unhappy and not very helpful with requests. Each time I needed assistance, I felt uneasy and sensed the staff was annoyed. This made the service less cute.

The room had a king-size bed, a seating area, and a work desk. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleeping. There was also a mini-fridge available for drinks and snacks, convenient.

Breakfast featured a large selection of tasty items! Available early until mid-morning. It suited varied schedules. There was also a kids cornerwith various games and toys, so my kids did not bother me while I ate.

The hotel is near many restaurants and shops. Tourist attractions are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The main square is a short walk away. It allows quick access to central activities.

Housekeeping was very efficient. When my child accidentally pressed the service button the room was tidied. New slippers were also provided. I found this helpful after long days walking around.

There are two charging stations for electric cars in the underground car park. The car park offered direct access to the hotel. The charging was free, very convenient for me.

excellent breakfast city center modern look unfriendly staff unhelpful staff not calming

the breakfast had many choices. the room seemed well kept with a modern look. i also appreciated how close the hotel was to the main city center, it was just a few steps away.

the staff was very unfriendly and not helpful with things. every time i had to ask something, i felt uncomfortable and it seemed like the staff was annoyed. also, the spa area is not calming.

the location was great it was close to a tram station. the hotel offered free water that was replenished every day. the standard of decor was high

i was disappointed the staff were quite miserable. it seemed to be a bit of a party hotel. there were loads of people singing and shouting

lemonade options efficient processes

the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. i particularly appreciated the multiple lemonade options available, they were really refreshing! the staff was helpful and understanding of my needs. check-in and check-out were efficient processes too.

The spa area felt a little dirty. That was disappointing. the pool had high sound volume. It was difficult to relax there.
